Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and innovative Technical Business Analyst to assess and enhance the client’s operational processes. This role involves identifying gaps, driving process improvements, and collaborating with leadership to implement efficient solutions. A key aspect of this position is evaluating and addressing the training needs of new hires to ensure they are equipped for success within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
- Develop and document detailed process maps, workflows, and reports to recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with departments to gather insights, understand challenges, and prioritize solutions.
- Evaluate training gaps and assist in designing onboarding and continuous training programs for new hires.
- Provide actionable recommendations to enhance team productivity and support employee development.
- Research and propose innovative tools or technologies to streamline operations.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and leadership to ensure smooth implementation of process changes.
- Prepare and present clear, data-driven recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Monitor the impact of implemented improvements and adapt strategies as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in business analysis, process documentation, and improvement.
- Ability to identify training needs and assist in creating effective onboarding processes.
- Familiarity with process mapping tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to devise effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with designing and implementing training programs.
- Knowledge of state government operations or regulatory agencies.
- Familiarity with project management frameworks such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Experience with process automation tools or platforms.
